Upgrade v4pro to V7Pro

This is an upgrade for license holders of v4pro (4.0 to 4.3) only

Soundminer V7 PRO is the flagship of Soundminer's next generation products with with support for both Apple Silicon & Intel as well as Native Universal Binary for Windows. Both platform and modular feature options are offered: Versions come in single platform (Mac only or Windows only) or Universal (the ability to run on either platform) for $100 more. At any point, a user can upgrade to the next level for the difference in price (within the same version). Existing V7Pro users can use options herein to add Universality after the fact as well.

V7 highlights include Tabbed searching, assignable key command controls, includes a new AAX based Monitor plug-in allowing up to 7.1 streams routed directly into the DAW and a Radium AAX plug-in allowing you to put our industry leading Sound design engine directly into the Pro Tools environment, includes Xray Waveforms, and exciting new advances in the Radium feature set. In addition, V7 adds the new Soundminer Similarity engine: a new collection of tools that finds sounds by listening to their audio character rather than relying only on filenames or metadata. V7 also includes the new Galaxy visual browser, which expands similarity searching graphically, and creates new ways to move from a seed sound to an edited, processed, and spotted result.

This release also introduces the Mini Sampler, substantially expands Radium, adds new built-in effects, improves plug-in hosting, and provides new ways for Pro Tools, Reaper, and compatible AI assistants to work directly with Soundminer.

Server connectivity and ProPack with Radium are included in Soundminer V7 Pro.

As V4Pro was a MAC only product, this product upgrade will assume a MAC to MAC upgrade. 

All desktop software requires the presence of one of the supported USB dongle systems - ILOK or Codemeter(CM) keys. We do not resell ILOK keys.  A user must have an ILOK usb key and account in order to select this option and nothing is shipped and downloads are electronic.  When choosing the Codemeter option, the cost of a Codemeter key ($80USD) is added to the price and a shipping estimate is calculated at check out.  HASP HL keys are no longer sold or supported(users with these older keys must move to Codemeter going forward). ILOK Cloud is supported.

MAC support for this product starts at 10.14 and supports Apple silicon/Intel systems and hardware. Window 11 supported.

*V7Pro will require rescanning of your files.  Make sure you have embedded your files. SD2 files would no longer be supported under 64-bit Apple systems. Ensure you have mirrored out your old files to .wav/.aif using the v4pro mirror feature before transitioning.

**V7 Plus with ProPack/ILOK - this option allows you to crossgrade to this combination that contains all of V7pro's sound design features but without Soundminer server connectivity.
