This upgrade page is for users who have Soundminer Basic(64 bit) product that was part of the V5 platform period. If your ilok license has the name 'HD' in its name go to the legacy upgrade options. This option would have an ilok license named 'Soundminer Basic.'

Upgrade assumes a same for same license in the upgrade.  In other words, if your original HD Basic license was MAC only, the upgrade covers the same license applied to the new 64 bit platform.
