This is a Special General License Transfer for those with a V5Pro license that will not allow ILOK Cloud support. Earlier licenses of V5pro did not support ILOK Cloud.  When we added support it meant creating a new different license and since ILOK charges us to change a license, a fee was required. Moving to ILOK Cloud requires that you have a permanent connection to the internet for the license to work.  It also means that older GEN 1 USB keys will no longer be supported.
