1.  Help us by providing your license id (ILOK USER ID or Sales order info) and you exact product, build and system.  Your product and build is located right along the very top of the application or in the get info portion of your system.

2.  if looking for a download access, always provide Ilok User ID info or sales order number so we can identify your license and send you the correct download information. If looking for support, please see Support pages first and if you cannot find an answer email support@soundminer.com with the above information and details on how to reproduce.

FYI, downloads are available in the HELP>Release info menu of the application itself.  If you have PreRelease checked in the General Preferences, you would have access to the prerelease builds as well.
